How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your personal data from FestiveCards.in at any time. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all your data within 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete from App

Log in to FestiveCards.in → Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately removes all your data from our systems.

Option 2 — Email Request

Send an email to privacy@festivecards.in with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Your registered mobile number or email
• Your full name

We will confirm your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Data We Delete

• Your profile information (name, designation, business details)
• Your uploaded photos and logos
• Your generated greeting cards
• Your daily branding posts and job data
• Your payment history and subscription data
• Your push notification tokens
• Your login credentials and session data
• All associated Firebase account data
