  • Business branding assets: your name, logo, photo, business/professional details used to personalize generated cards and posts
  • Payment information: processed via our payment partner (Razorpay) — we do not store your full card or bank details ourselves
  • Communications: messages you send us for support

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, device/browser type, IP address
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

1.3 Information from third-party services

  • If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to enable auto-posting, we receive limited profile and permission data from Meta necessary to publish content on your behalf, as authorized by you.

  • To create and manage your account
  • To generate personalized festival cards and branding content using your provided photo/logo and AI image-generation tools
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send you festival reminders, generated content, and service-related notifications
  • To publish content to your connected social media accounts, only when you request or authorize it
  • To improve our Service, troubleshoot issues, and prevent misuse
  • To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform, including cloud hosting (Firebase, Cloudflare R2), image processing (Cloudinary), AI content generation providers, and payment processing (Razorpay)
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram), solely to publish content you've authorized us to post on your behalf
  • Legal authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
