1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business, professional, and commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FestiveCards.in provides AI-generated festival greeting cards, branded social media creatives, and marketing content for professionals and businesses, offered under various subscription plans. Certain plans may include the ability to auto-publish content to your connected Facebook Page or Instagram account.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Access to certain features requires payment of applicable subscription fees, as displayed at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner (Razorpay)
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice

5. User Content and Ownership

• You retain ownership of any photos, logos, or business information you upload to the Service
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to generate your personalized cards/posts and to operate the Service
• You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights
• You own the final generated cards and creatives produced for your account and may use them for your business purposes

6. Social Media Publishing

If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account and authorize auto-posting, you grant FestiveCards.in permission to publish content to that account on your behalf, in accordance with Meta's platform policies. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your linked account in Settings. We are not responsible for how third-party platforms (Facebook/Instagram) display, moderate, or restrict published content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or misleading
• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to impersonate another person or business

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Cards and creatives are generated using AI tools. While we aim for high-quality, relevant output, we do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, culturally exhaustive, or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or distributing it.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Festive Cards India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or goodwill.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
